Too many times, I have left my purse open only to be embarrassed by the small white bullets that are visible to the nosy onlooker. The white bullets that I am referring to are the necessary, but not very attractive looking tampons that are always kept as an emergency in my purse, laptop bag, and many other bags that are always ready to go. White bullets is what I have always called them up until now since I refused to call them my suppositories ( which you gotta admit they do look like that to). I liked them because they were small enough to carry around and tuck into the tiniest corner of any bag. However, no matter where I went they always seemed to find themselves into my hands before the car keys, pen or any other gadget I was trying to find in my bag.
But wait....now o.b. has come out with this great new packaging that I can have my purse open and not be shy about what I discover in my big back of tricks. I love the new travel casing...they come in great colours with funky designs on them that they can almost be used as accessories. SO maybe I am stretching it as an accessory, but they are so sleek looking that when I handed one to my colleague she asked if it were a gum package.
I actually left some on my office desk to see some reactions, they looked so preddy...I like the pink and blue ones, although the black packing are slick and go with everything..... I realize o.b. is proud of how they use 58% less waste than any applicator brand, but all of the sudden I am excited that I have a package to safely and discreetly house my womanly necessities in the bag that always seems to be opened.
The packaging is so impressive that at home my daughter asked if she could have one of the cool "pink" packages....Well, needless to say the o.b. mighty. small opened the door to the beginning of a long conversation between me and my 8 year old daughter. One of those conversations, that Alex quickly left the room as I explained that she too will need some of these mighty.small little packages in the future....I guess I should of seen that one coming....
